3 beautiful Short-Haired Miniature Dachshunds available - IKC Registered

Delightful Dachshund puppies for sale in the Mullingar/Kinnegad area. Born just a few weeks ago, these little ones are all extremely friendly and affectionate, they are well handled and intelligent dogs. We have two males, one in a striking dapple/merle and the other in a classic black/tan, as well as a beautiful black/tan female. These puppies are not only adorable but also healthy, having been both vaccinated and wormed.

Dogs that are still left available are the Black Collar (Male, Black and Tan), Yellow Collar (Female, Black and Tan) and the Blue Collar (Male, Merle/Dapple).

We have the mother with them and used to also have their great great grandfather.

No know issues with the back/hips with the mother or great grandfather and these also have a full clean bill of health from their vet visit.

Will be ready to go to their new homes from the 21/11/2023.

Next vet visit and vaccinations are due the 12/12/2023.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200470092, 972274200470035, 972274200470036) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Ask to see mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. See puppies in their home environment.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
9. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
10. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
11. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
