Puppies can be advertised before the 8 weeks, but not sold. Closer to 10-12 weeks is recommended for separating the mother from its puppies. This ad states the date of birth is 15/04/2022 adding 8 weeks to this would mean the earliest date of sale should be Friday, 10/06/2022. This is set out in the Animal Health and Welfare (Sale or Supply of Pet Animals) Regulations Act of 2019 Section 3.

Here we have our 6 Golden Cockapoo puppies
There are 5 available for rehoming

2 females
Born on 15/04/2022
Puppies are ready to go to their new forever loving homes

Mum is our stunning red Cocker Spaniel .
She is very playful, loves going for walks and plenty of cuddles 😊 She also has a very good tempermant and good around kds and other pets.

Dad is lovely white stud dog we used. He has a great temperament and comes from a good family home.

Puppies are being raised in my family home around kids and are happy and active puppies who are use to being handled, played with and cuddled of course 😊

Puppies have full veterinary health checks and microchipping done aswell.
Each puppy will come with their own vaccination card and microchip number.

Puppies are also up to date with the worming and flea treatment.

Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
Ask to see mother of puppies.
Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
See puppies in their home environment.
Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a parking lot or other business location.
Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract/ or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid dissapointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
