Puppies can be advertised before the 8 weeks, but not sold. Closer to 10-12 weeks is recommended for separating the mother from its puppies. This ad states the date of birth is 14/04/2022 adding 8 weeks to this would mean the earliest date of sale should be Thursday, 09/06/2022. This is set out in the Animal Health and Welfare (Sale or Supply of Pet Animals) Regulations Act of 2019 Section 3.

Message from the owner

We breed quality Golden doodles , no expense has been spared in the raising of this beautiful litter.
Dad is our wonderful standard poodle Oscar, he has 35 champions in his pedigree and Mum is our very lovely Golden Retriever Blossom, they are both IKC registered.
Our puppies have had a 7-1 vaccination and they have been wormed every two weeks from birth and are microchipped. We spend a lot of time with our puppies playing and socializing them making them happy, contented and confident puppies.
We have a WhatsApp group for all our puppy owners they share tips and photos, we chat most nights so if you want to you can get as much support as you need.
These puppies are extremely intelligent and easy to train .
We start toilet training at four weeks so the puppies are getting the idea now.
Several puppies from these parents have gone on to qualify as Guide dogs and special assistance dogs for children with autism, this will be Blossoms last litter she will be retired once the puppies have left so it’s the last chance to get one of her beautiful babies.
When you collect your puppy you will receive vaccination and worming records stamped by my vet,
A printed ancestry record,microchip form, a leaflet containing hints and tips and important feeding info and the answers to lots of questions you might not have remembered to ask, also included is a voucher for Royal Canin to claim several bags of free food.

Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
Ask to see mother of puppies.
Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
See puppies in their home environment.
Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a parking lot or other business location.
Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract/ or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid dissapointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
